Director of Smock Alley Theatre, for the past five years he has been working with a dedicated team to bring this culturally significant project to fruition. He is currently a board member of The Lisa Richards Actors agency, The Arts for Peace Foundation, The Gaiety School of Acting and Smock Alley Theatre. He regularly teaches in the USA and is also the director of COMMUNICATE, a communications company working at a senior level in politics, industry and the arts, and is a former Government appointee to the board of The Irish Museum of Modern Art.

Clíona is currently the General Manager at The Gaiety School of Acting. Prior to that she was General Manager of Storytellers Theatre Company and produced many plays with them over the 6 years in charge. She has worked in PR with GM Publicity, Box Office, Front of House and Marketing with The Civic Theatre, administration with Theatre Forum and First Call Management and Production with The Olympia Theatre.

Director of Smock Alley Players, actor, director and teacher for over 25 years. Graduated from Saint Olaf College, Minessota, University of Saskatchewan and the University of Susexx. Kristian has been teaching at the gaiety School of Acting since 2000 and has been the director of the Public Shakespeare Company for the past ten years.
